Give it a half hour in a decanter and serve at nearly room temperature to fully appreciate all the flavors; only then does the deep, golden wine rise out of its oxidative tones to reveal fresh poached pears an succulent salted caramel notes. It's a big wine, a blend of grenache blanc, roussanne, chardonnay, muscat and rolle that spends a year on its lees.
