A few months after beginning as an Importer, DSWE established itself as a wholesaler in the state of New York. Since then we have added other states where we are operating as a distributor. This was a monumental decision because it has allowed DSWE to work directly with top accounts in major markets. We have worked to build our distribution channels over the years so that our customers represent a wide array of restaurants and retailers. It is our goal to support our customers in the best way possible, beginning with offering them top quality products, and following through in finding creative and dynamic ways of promoting them.

The Merchants portfolio of wines not only includes those from our Import portfolio, but also an exquisite selection of wines and spirits from around the world and the United States. With such a diverse portfolio, we still maintain our strict philosophy of representing wines and spirits of quality that are truly expressive of their origins. As a result we are well respected in the marketplace for the care that goes into the portfolio selection. Each bottle in the portfolio represents in a very clear and unique way: Diversity, Character, Expression and Tradition.

We are continually working to make sure that we offer top level customer service and adapting to cutting edge technology. This enables us to provide our customers and our suppliers with the most accurate and up to the minute information. We pride ourselves on maintaining a staff that is comprised of highly trained individuals who all share a passion for wine and spirits. Both our office staff and our sales team has 24 hour access to up to the minute information about each of their accounts and a complete listing of product availability in the portfolio.
